Usage and care

Place a card alongside your baby and the included teddy bear during milestone photos or display in the nursery as a keepsake. Store cards flat in a dry place when not in use. The teddy bear should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent, or hand washed gently in cool water if needed. Gently press out excess water and allow to air dry completely before use. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or iron the teddy bear.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our main warehouse on the Gold Coast, Australia.

We aim to ship all orders on the same or next business day (Monday to Friday), so your items arrive as quickly as possible.

All FlyByFly products are backed by a 30-day returns and exchanges policy, giving you added peace of mind when shopping for baby and nursery essentials.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be received in new condition:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

We are unable to process refunds or exchanges for products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or removal from their original packaging.

Please note that return postage costs for cancellations or change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
